3. Shipping and Handling Charges: We do not refund shipping and handling charges, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
6. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for sizes on all standard-size items within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Customized orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the buyer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Final Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
