Shipping & Returns

We take great pride in ensuring that all our products meet your exact specifications. However, please note that most of our pieces are hand-dyed and hand-woven in rural India, which may result in slight variations and irregularities that only add to the uniqueness of being handmade. Additionally, please be aware that there may be slight colour variations due to the calibration of different monitors and devices.

Domestic Shipping
For domestic orders, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. 

If you receive a defective piece from us, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and we will replace it once we receive the item back. The returned item must be unused and have all tags and labels intact.

Delivery Time
We usually take maximum of 2 weeks and minimum 4-5 days to deliver your order from the order date. However, orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact our team in advance.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping at varying rates based on your location and the weight of the package. Please note that international orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is defective or the wrong item/size was shipped.

On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the buyer's country. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, internet banking and UPI. All transactions are processed securely.

We offer a size chart to help you select the correct size for your body type. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Sale Items
All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer exchanges for sizes on all standard-size items within 48 hours receiving of  the parcel. Customized orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the buyer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued for damaged/defective products from our end within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. For a refund, customers must send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Once we receive the photo and verify the damage, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the buyer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
